February is Heart Health Month! Join a team of registered nurses from Monmouth Ji8福利视频 Center at the LiveWell Center to learn about blood pressure and what you can do to manage your numbers to stay well. Blood pressures will also be taken for those interested. Coffee (decaf or regular), tea, and light refreshments will be provided to those in-person attendees.
